Self Storage made simple

We offer ground floor 20ft and 10ft containers, full security gate all around the site with coded lock on entry, 24hr CCTV covering our site and the opportunity to drive your car to within meters of your container. We are conveniently located between Canterbury and Ashford, a short 10-minute drive from either city.

We rent containers to both personal and commercial storage customers, on a rolling monthly contract basis, without long term contracts to tie you in, simply cancel when needed.

We offer the space you need whether you are moving home, going travelling or simply need some extra storage space. Our containers are cleaned for every new customer so the items you store with us stay in the best condition as possible.

Whether you require extra space for unplanned shipments, need somewhere to store excess stock or moving your office space we have the self-storage units for you. We can offer a solution for any size of business from removal companies to wholesalers, weekend traders to online sellers, from office workers to garages.

These are our prices for our containers:

- 20ft Ground Floor Unit (160 sqft) - £150 per month (inc VAT);

- 10ft Ground Floor Unit (80 sqft) - £100 per month (inc VAT);

We can also provide you with different levels of padlocks, for a fee, if necessary.

Third Party Storage

If self access is not a priority or you are in need of a smaller space, we also offer third party storage from 13sqft, for both private and commercial customers, in a secure warehouse.

Your goods will be stored within our staffed warehouse and your will be able to access them anytime you need, Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00.

These are our prices for third party storage:

- 13sqft, half height (1 pallet, half height) - £20.00 per month (inc VAT);

- 13sqft (1 pallet) - £37.00 per month (inc VAT);

- 26sqft (2 pallets) - £55.00 per month (inc VAT);

- 39sqft (3 pallets) - £75.00 per month (inc VAT);

- 52sqft (4 pallets) - £90.00 per month (inc VAT);

- 65sqft (5 pallets) - £105.00 per month (inc VAT);

- 78sqft (6 pallets) - £120.00 per month (inc VAT);

- 91sqft (7 pallets) - £135.00 per month (inc VAT);

- 104sqft (8 pallets) - £150.00 per month (inc VAT);

- 117sqft (9 pallets) - £165.00 per month (inc VAT);

- 130sqft (10 pallets) - £180.00 per month (inc VAT);
